What two months of Autopia does!!!!

All that looks great, but with your addiction, you need to develop a shopping addiction as well.

I hope you spent $500 bones on that camera a year ago, because even Dell has it for $360 and $335 with a 25 off 300 coupon from ebay ($2-$4).

I love my autopian delights, but I like getting a deal on them as well (for instance my PC was sub $100 brand new with correct weight).

I was merely trying to be helpful. If it wasn't for proving to everyone else I wasn't trying to be an ***, I wouldn't post it. yourself

Here it is from Dell for $359.

Here is a coupon to take an additional $25 off with a buy it now of $3.50. That makes it $337.50.

Your welcome,

VV

Nice!

I bought my fiance a digital camera (Olympus C5000 5MP) for Christmas (not just a little bit for me lol) and I CANNOT take a picture with the damn thing to save my life. They're all like yours, just a little blurry, soft edged. She takes amazing great pictures with it, I can't. I looked at the Canon C50 but went with the Olympus instead, got a really good deal on it. I took fine pictures with our old 1MP Kodak, my pictures from the new camera are pathetic LOL.

What I've found is that its all in the settings (and knowing the right one for every situation), the 5 MPs are more susceptable to being jarred (I'm going to buy a tripod) than the old ones, and the 5MP being higher quality doesn't like to be shrunk and compressed to put on the net.

Download the free image optomizer from www.xat.com (Scottwax turned me onto this) it can shrink and magicompress the images without compromizing the quality.

We'll get the hang of these cameras eventually...

*And she just told me that she has no problem shrinking them, so thats all me too LOL

Looks like I DO need to shop around. I meant to hit the  smiley, sorry :nixweiss

Thanks for the good info.

I diud notice that these pics do not like to be shrunk. I will check out the xat program.

I still need to get a tripod though.

I guess dont usually use the CCD to often - pretty much only right after it has been cleaned (i.e. in the morning after etc.) have not seen it scratch anything though.
