What to use?

I have some fine to moderate swirls on my 07 black mustang that I want to correct. I'm a hobbyist so I need some product recommendations. I have a PC with all the pads and backing plates from 3" to 6.5". Is M105/205 a good combination or too strong? I know some of you will want pics but I'm at work. I have some Danase swirl remover 1 & 2 that I picked up at his closeout. I'm counting on the experts out there, I've learned a ton since joining.

Remembering to work from a low level of severity to a higher level will keep you on the right track. M205 should be the least severe of the polishes you own, try it with a cutting or polishing pad first. M105 will be your last option, no need to unnecessarily compound clear coat, especially on a shiny black pony ;).

You should start with a test spot using M205 and a 6.5-in polishing pad. Danase 1 is a finishing polish. If the M205 does not work, you can do another run with M205 or go up to M105. If you have good technique you should be able to finish with M205.
