For polish...Menzerna 106FF or Z5pro (topped w/ Z6 and Z8), Z-PC (really depends how much damage you have)

Wax...Collinite 845 gets alot of good reviews for durability and shine

Sealant...Jeff Werkstatt Acrylic Trigger, Klasse SG

Just some ideas...I am not a professional by any means either..

You have to be careful with how some manufacturers use the term "polish".

Menzerna 106FF and Zaino Z-PC are abrasive polishes that will remove minor surface defects. Z-5, while called a polish, is really just a very good sealant that will fill very minor defects.

That process looks OK, but what you lack is something to do short work on swirls and marring. ScratchX is fine for small areas by hand, but I'm not familar wth the Meg's Swirl and Scratch Remover. If you're pleased with how things turn out now you can wait until you get a PC to do some serious polishing that will remove swirls/marring a lot better and faster than by hand. Just spend some time reading around here and you'll pick up a lot of info.
