What to use on powdercoated surface?

I've got a client who I detail for on a regular basis, and he gave me a new task... get the scratches out of his toolboxes. He has a few very large Matco and Snap-On tool boxes that are powdercoated, and I hit it with the DeWalt rotary using a cutting pad and a heavy compound and it wouldn't touch it...

Has anyone dealt with polishing toolboxes? if so, whats the best way to go about this?

Thanks.

Never heard anyone trying this, because I dont think powdercoat is a "correctable" surface. You are basically trying to buff a ceramic coating. If powdercoat is done correctly, you can hit it with a hammer and not chip it.....so I dont think a rotary will do anything except maybe add some gloss by putting wax on the surface.
