My old PC 7424 is on it's way out the door. After about 5 years of durable, reliable use, providing excellent results; it is time to replace it with a new one. Keeping in mind, I also have the Flex3401 and the Dewalt 849, I purchased a new 7424xp, which is expected to arrive tomorrow.
I did a search on this topic and found a video comparing the two, but some questions were not answered, so My question is; aside from the obvious, such as the relocation of the speed dial, the slightly different handle and body, is there anything else that I can expect to be different than my old 7424...such as power under load, quietness, etc?
