What to do when even a rotary doesn't "cut it" ???

I got a lot of scratches out of this 97 black Dodge Ram Friday. It was scratched very bad. The guy owns a landscape business and it was used as a work truck. I used the PC and went over it with SSR3 and a yellow cutting pad, then SSR2 and a white polishing pad, then folowed with Polish with Carnuba and a white pad. All of that once done once each. The truck looked awesome when that was done then I topped it with EX-P and then P21S.
 
i think going over it with the 2.5 then the 3 back to 2.5 didnt doo much you also could have gone to a finishing pad with the3. I had a dodge truck i did that looked exactly the same but i went IP cma orange pad then ip polishing pad then aio by hand
