What software helps you track your customer and their vehicles?

I'm looking for a successful way to track customers, their vehicles, data about their vehicles, last service dates, next service dates, well you get the point...



Every industry out there utilizes or at least has available to it a CRM to help with this. What software do you use? If you don't use any software to help with this, what do you do?

Thanks for the advice everyone. I'm working currently with a combination of Excel, Outlook, and Quickbooks now and just feel like something more condensed would be better scatter-brained people like me. I am going to try this software by Service CEO and see if that'll work for me. Thanks again for the advice, and please continue to send suggestions because I'm sure I'll try them all!

Quickbooks and Excel for me. You can get quite a bit done in a spreadsheet if you know how to use it.
