The day before court, go out and buy a brand new shiny crucifix with absolutely no scratches on it and wear it around your neck on court day so the judge realizes that you have always been a God-fearing Christian and thus always tell the truth just like the litigants do on the TV court programs.

The judge will be so impressed (and stupid) that you will surely win your case.
