As many of you know im all about trying new things :yay I love to see if there is somthing better out there as many of us do. i am intrested in trying somthing new soon. It may not be ordered for a month but that just gives me time to get a better response to this thread. This thread is going to be about the next wax and some select selaents

Heres what I have tried so they wont be included (i hope i remeber them all)

Soverigen

Chemicalguys 5050 Limited Series Concourse Paste Wax

or the cheaper and identical The Show Winner from perfecar

Although I have tried Aquawax and love it, I would have to say Max Wax of the list you have there. DP is so underrated and then when people try it they love it. :) Max Wax is a great wax. :)

If you are going to try the Duragloss line, you might want to look into using the complete system rather than just the Aqua Wax.
I used the #601 Prep/Bonding Agent, the #105 polish/sealant, and am using the #951 Aqua Wax for maintenance. Seems to be working good, but it's only been a month.:)

The Collinite Insulator Wax is also good, but it wasn't easy for me to get. I might have continued with it if it had been readily available.

I also lked the S100 Carnauba which is similar to or the same as P21S.

The others, I haven't used.

I think charles is correct ..if you should go with DG .. go with #601, #105, FC&S esp in Canada you'll need something with Durablity/Protection..there is a lot of information in regards to DG.. if in doubt shoot AL53 a PM..

If i do order the Aqua wax i will be getting the whole system of course. Hoever there just wasnt enough room for all that.
Chee you didnt vote, but i totaly forgot about 5050, im thinking that it might be a definte choice, will see how the coting goes.
And jenn I love the DP product I have tried thus far (there are only a few). I absolutly love the sealent (opps forgot that on the list).
There ae just to many products I stil havent tried, not enough time in the day (or money).
Thank you everyone for the votes and info so farm i look forward to seeing how the end result turns out

I've wondered about CG and their position on this product. Let's see they make a wax that people really like and are willing to pay a somewhat premium price. They hit their magic number of 2000 and just stop? Doesn't sound like a good business decision. More than likely they'll put it in a different container call it something else and sell it for $20 less.

Which one of those products as of right now offered the best result? That should be part of your answer.

I would try a head to head match up with CG's 5050 and either the last HC Zymol that you've tried, or even the pending Concours...just to satisfy your curiosity...mine too!

I don't really understand the question, but even though it may be billed as a show car wax, I use it on one of our daily drivers and it looks Fantastic...And with the price being half the cost of another show car wax, I don't feel so bad...

I love the 5050 wax, have been using it about a month #53/2000, anyway I spoke with Paul, he said they will continue to have this wax available.

I hope they do re-label it and it goes down $20 in price, as it's a Great alternative to waxes costing twice as much..And if it costs less then, it will be used all the time..
