What should I do with my MF towel...

... and WW drying towels? My wife decided to wash some towels after my latest wash and instead of using liquid detregent she used the powder.:shocked I ran all the towels through multiple rinse (4 to be exact) to try and remove any residue.



Should I just trash the towels and buy new ones?

Nah, if you did multiple rinses, I doubt there are any undissolved granules of detergent remaining in the towel. If you're still concerned, try using an old (but unscratched) CD to do some testing on.



At the very worst, I'd say keep the towels for door jambs and other "dirty" work . . .

You should not have any problem but just to be sure soak them in hot water for a few minutes then wash inn hot water. I seriously doubt there will be any problem.
