what polish should i use with the new makita orbit/rotary

I just purchased a makita orbital/rotary what polish should i use before the klasse twins.....with it being on the rotary with orbital action setting ....
 
Which polish to use depends on the condition of your finish.



Is it in excellent condition? (Like new)



or



Is it in horrible condition? (Oxidized, stained, swirled and filled with scratches)



Did you, or are you going to clay the finish first?



Also, which pad system do you have? Meguiar's teaches that the first thing you do when beginning a detail job is to evaluate the finish, this will tell you what products you need to reach your car care goals.

some of your polishes say to use them with a rotary ....would my makita be able to use these polishes that say to use with a rotary....even though its a forced rotation...i do have the meguires pad system...as well as these products so far.

my paint is in ok condition realy maybee some light swirls with lots of touch ups on rock dings all over...

I have one of these tools, it's right here by the side of my desk, I have not had time to use it however, that said, of the above products, the #9 Swirl Remover 2.0 will work fine. I would not try the #1 Medium Cut Paint Cleaner however.



In the future, if you want to get more aggressive than the #9, you may want to pick up a bottle of the #83 DACP.



I'll try to play around with this machine this weekend so that I can post an valid opinion on the machine itself and how to get the best results from it's use.
