What Polish for VW Silverstone Grey ?

I will be doing a bud's Silverstone Grey GTI.

What is the best polish for gloss and depth ? I have the following polish on hand: OP, #83, #82 and #80

For LSP I'am planning to use OCW and top with 845IW

I haven't used the OCP, but if you're doing it with Meg's stuff the #80 oughta look good. VWs are apparently funny...some are rock-hard and some are very soft :nixweiss If it's hard you'll have to really work with the #83 to get out any marring, but the #80 will give a ready-to-wax finish. Dunno what'll be best (#80/#82) if it's one of the soft ones.

I dunno which LSP oughta go first, the 845 or the OCW  I'd lean towards the 845 first (more durable?) topped with the OCW. But I'm just guessing.

Actually, since OCW is a polymer/carnauba blend with UV protectors, I'd use it as the base.

Yup, that is what I was thinking, it is much quicker than using NXT or M21 and if I top with OCW, I won't get that famous Collinite beading also.

ScottWax/EdLancer- Ah, OK, that makes sense!

The 845 is a "resins-or-something"/carnauba mix too, but I'd go with your opinions as you've used the OCW and I haven't.

I use OCW as a work in progress protectant, meaning if I polished a panel and not the rest I just protect that panel with it and also as a near end of life of a LSP before I have time to reapply another coat of LSP.
