what polish and wax for my silver car?

My experiences:



AIO, UPPx3 - Brightens the finish and really pops the flakes if you have any. Very slick and durable. I have never put wax on top of UPP.



and



AIO, WGx3 - Deepens the finish a bit and flakes moderately pop. Durable. I've topped with Nattys-Blue to give it more of a wet/glossy look.
 
Different silvers are different. I just love UPP on vehicles where I get the prep just right. I use it over 1Z Pro MP, which isn't around any more, but plenty of people like it over AIO.



I used the Klasse twins on my silver WRX, but I wasn't really thrilled with how it looked. Nice and durable though.
 
i used EX-P x2 and 2 coats of nattys white on my crystal grey metallic STi (a darker silver) love the way it looks. flakes pop like crazy!!! was very impressed with it.
 
FP II then AIO followed by EX-P and I just topped it with OCW! Looks like I could swim in a liquid sliver paint.

I agree with the AIO/WG combo , although I top with OCW.
 
Here's a third vote for UPP over AIO on silver. I use it on my Silverstone Subaru Legacy sedan (daily driver) and the finish looks brighter than any other products I've tried.
 
just topped mine with ocw today....you guys are right, looks very wet!!!



my full process was clay, OCP, EX-P x2, Nattys white, and OCW....im very happy!!
 
I have a Bright Silver Mercedes: Anyone w/ experience bringing out the best, or worst, in that paint?
 
AIO/WG, AIO/UPP, AIO/EX-P...they all look great. Just make sure to polish and clean the paint first, and you'll probably not be dissapointed.

I'm new here: What is WG, UPP, EX-P?
 
I love AIO and S100 wax on silver. Shiny and wet looking. Look at some of Scottwax's silver pics. His S100 pics have inspired my preference for it on silver.
