What pants 2 wear??

Its going to be a cold winter , just woundering what other detailers especially mobile are wearing (pants)? When I work from home I like to wear my house shoes, am I the only one???:chuckle:
 
Shorts. Cold winter in the bay area...?! I'm in Michigan, that's a cold winter. I wear shorts pretty much all year around, shoveling snow, detailing or whatever.

One thing I like about the Dickies is that they don't have any rivets on them. Aside from a belt buckle there isn't any worry about scratching paint.
 
Like i said before.Dickies...no buckle to worry about. Cant stand seeing people wear jeans and a belt in detailing pics etc. I often explain to my clients we aren't here for fashion but are to perform a service to the best of our ability and do not want to harm the vehicle. I just went and test fit some under armor shirts today...Can't wait to test in the cold...$49.99 for one shirt but looks damn well to be worth it.
 
i wear gym shorts all year long. dont have to worry about scratching. i found gasp shorts to fit best and they match my work shirts.
 
I just noticed that I kind of disappear from the forum Mar-Nov, and resume posting when the weather slows business. :lol

Everyday I'm working, thats what I'm rocking. Belt won't scratch paint, pants dry fast and resist stains, the shirts are the cheapest customized on the market as far as I know and after 2 yrs of abuse I'm ready to buy more.
 
Wear whatever is comfortable and practical based on the weather. Make sure you are wearing a shirt or sweatshirt with your company's name on it. Having a uniform distinguishes you from the competition.
 
cargo pants, shorts, whatever...I like cargos for the extra pocket on the sides for towels/bottle storage while polishing so I dont have to put it on the ground all the time.



whats pretty funny though, I will normally wear sandals all year round, unless I am washing cars only that day, then Ill wear shoes!
 
You should wear square pants!! :)
