What Lasts?

Guys,

I need some guidance. My vehicle sits outside 24/7. the parking lot at work is dusty at times so I wash at least 2 times a week. What brand of wax or sealant could I use that will still bead the water and protect for more than a month?

Ideally I'd like to wax in November or December and not have to touch it again until it warms up in March/April.

thanks for any thoughts,

John

Klasse, Zaino, Blackfire II, and Platinum are all recommended products by various users for their long term durability. I have only use Zaino on that list and the protection seems to last through winter on my daily drivers.

If you want something you can buy locally, consider Meguiar's #20 Polymer Sealant or Mothers Reflections. Both are available at auto parts stores, provide long lasting protection, and are affordable.

IIRC, there is a Mirror Glaze store that sells car care products on Preston Hwy. I've been there a few times but not in the last few years. I'm sure they're in the phone book and I'd bet a paycheck they'll have #20 along with many other excellent products.

search for the GURU wax test report ...it has info about how long products last in their testing.....as always your results may vary....

but ......most polymer type products will last longer than carnuaba wax products......

Check out some threads about different products lots of info about how long stuff lasts............
