What Kind of Man Uses Armor All?

This line says it all:

You are an absolute fool.

Cliff Notes:

Idiot buys new tires for Lexus. Coats them completely in Armor All - tread and all. Crashes car into tree. Wonders if Armor All caused the loss of traction. Going to complain to the tire shop as he believes its the fault of a brand new set of Bridgestone Potenza S-03's.

I can't believe people this stupid are issued drivers licences and somehow manage to function in our society.

I performed a search on relevant keywords, but did not find it.

Could it have been wiped with the Great Autopia crash?

The only thing funny about that thread was the mass of morons who ran in there to reply with some witty (read stupid) retort about a ficticious story.

Do all Lexus owners talk like EMINEM? I dont think so, but on the forum that had the post they annoyinly do

Did the guy actually put armour all on the tread, he didnt admit to it.

The Bridgestone S-03.......pure F1 technology. Schumacher himself helped develop this tyre. So how is it the tyres fault????

I love to see how fast he was going to unstick the s-03's in the wet if he didnt put AA on the tread.

Crikey !!!!

:nixweiss :nono

I don’t think the Armour All all over the tyres was the main cause of the crash.

More likely going to fast in the rain with the traction control off:nono

Some people have to learn the hard way

Ok so the Armour All was a main contributor to the crash but I would like to know how fast this person was driving in the rain with the traction control off?

Push any car hard enough in the rain and you will loose control/traction.

You have to be really careful with brand-new tires, too! A few years ago I bought some Pirellis for my Integra, and a neighbor helped me put them on. I asked him if he wanted to "go for a spin," and that's exactly what we did!

A couple miles into the drive, I found a nice wide patch of road and did some S turns, enjoying the nice handling of the 40 series tires (I think I was coming from 50's), when I totally lost it! I was going about 50 mph, and I did a complete 720 spin--really, really scary. Fortunately there was no one around, and the road was wide so it was a "free" learning experience.

Now I baby a car for the first hundred miles until that tire mold release compound is 100% gone. I can't imagine how bad this guy's Armor-All tires must have been!

...actually, I use Armor All to this day. Really. On the wheel well plastic. That's about the only thing it is good for.
