what it everyone's opinion on pinnacle clay(the discontinued bar)?

I've never used the old bar but recently tried the new poly bar. Came 2 in a pack with a container for storage. I liked the stuff. Pretty easy to kneed and it seemed to do a good job. However, being a novice here, I don't have a lot of experience for comparison.

I haven't used the new one. The old one was a really good bar. It did have a tendency to saturate with lube pretty quickly though. I've found that I can do a job faster with Clay Magic. I don't know why that is exactly... Maybe because Clay Magic is a bigger bar even when cut in half. It did work well though. Given an option I think I would still choose Clay Magic over Pinnacle Poly Clay. At least I would choose it over the old one.
