What is your Slickest/Cleanest Rinsing LSP?

Zaino is still my slickest, and still the easiest to wash. I love the fact that the residue does not get clung to the car like other lsp's.

As much as I love Collinite for a wax, I hate the dirt film that gets clung to the car and will not rinse off easy.

I just applied Zymol Vintage to my hood............holy crap that stuff is amazing. I love FK1000P, but Vintage seems to HATE water.

Cheers,

GREG

Sorry to go OT, but is FK FX100 ever going to be available from Finish Kare again? It is still listed as out of stock on their website.

That's the silicone part...

OK, this is a first... I'm disagreeing with Bence!

Bence, I just looked up every ingredient in Vintage. I'm not seeing any silicone at all, but then again, I'm not even close to your level of understanding the ingredients in car care products. Which of the listed ingredients in Vintage is the silicone part??

Edit: Here's the ingredients in Vintage (from Zymol's web site):

Ingredients: White Carnauba Sap/Wax, Montan Evergreen Oil, Sunflower Oil, Cantaloupe Oil, Honeydew Extract, Propolis (derived from Bees), Cetyl Esters, Cetyl Cocoamide (derived from coconut oil)

Mine is 3 x Z2p topped with 3 x 1000P and 425. I just started using SCG HR QD and it seems to be at least on par with 425 in terms of slickness.

I wonder if it's fair to name a product if it's been covered with something else. Many have said blah blah blah, followed by fk425. Wouldn't that be the 425 giving the slickness and not what is sitting underneath?

I was mentioning the products bare, and in that case, many of the products mentioned here did not feel that slick. Add a QD, and maybe all those products will feel the same, but I did not try.

Well...yeah, or at least it'll enhance it. But it's not that hard to evaluate slickness without/before the FK425. E.g., I evaluate the slickness before using FK425 (while drying) to ascertain whether my LSP is still healthy or not.

I don't use FK425 on UPP and that's still my slickest LSP (not that the slickness lasts all that long).

So how good is Four Star Ultimate Paint Protection as a all around sealant?

I've been using Prima Epic and Banana Gloss with good results. How does it stack up to the products that have been listed here?

When I was coming back from overseas I was reading about Zaino and Prima and was undecided and finally went with Prima and haven't used much else.:think2

I finally got around to spraying fk425 on top of my 1000p. Still not too slick unfortunately. Feels really good in another way though, a luxurious feel.

Actually, the reason I had to use the 425 was because there was holograming from the 1000p. Hopefully it's removed now but I won't know for sure until I get the car out in the sun tomorrow.

Hmmm..interesting that the FK1000P wasn't all that slick

And that's the first I've heard of the FK1000P doing the pseudo-hologram thing. Anybody else had that happen?
