What is your favorite compound via rotary?

Seems like nobody but me likes or indorses Malco - but here goes, Presta is a division of Malco, but Malco has their own full line of compounds, polishes, waxes, sealants etc. I get Malco locally for $18.95 a quart. I've tried Malco's Perfex compound, works great with wool, Edge foam and with LC foam it finishes down to LSP ready. Note, wool and both foam pads were yellow and I was using a Makita rotary. Now, Malco makes stronger compounds than Perfex, like Tru-Grit and Rapid Cut, I have not tried them - yet, but I am very impressed with Perfex being able to be used well on both wool and foam. Also, it has the right balance between being too gummy and being too dusty. Problems? yeah, the Malco website sucks, hopefully you can find a local distributor.

Hey Stiffdog06 - Malco is located in Barberton OH - about 100 miles up the road from you if my map is right!

You guys are lucky to be able to get products other than 3M or Megs. The 3 local PBE stores by me (the ONLY ones) dont know anything but 3M and Megs.

You can take away any polish from me, but if anyone ever took my 106, I would have to kill them. That is the one and only finish polish in the world that will finish the way it does....Bar none. It will take your correction work to a whole new level of glory and also finish 100% swirl free via rotary with ease. It is the most important part of my detail and I would quit if I did not have it. OP does not even have a 1% close chance of the characteristics of what this polish has and can do.

It's worth every penny in the world and cost per car is like 50-75 cents. I personally think it is very cheap for $50. It rounds out the smallest faint scratches that will not remove, so it gives the illusion of it gone even in the sun. It gives you the best razor sharp image ever possible...

It is by far the best I have ever tried in 18 years of product testing.....EVER!:grinno:

Boy..how do you get a better endorsement than that?? It is my fav too..have you tried the (really hard to get) 85rd? How's it compare?
