What is this on my paint?

I found this on my '95 black metallic Acura Legend. It is about the size of a thumb print. I plan to use MPPC / #9 / MPPP in the next week on the entire car with my new PC. Will this take care of it? Anyone suggest any special treatment? Thanks in advance!

According to that link, it seems if I want it gone, I am looking at a repaint. Not gunna happen. Best care for it to minimize problems?

I would try your method before calling it a lost cause.... I had something similiar and a lil DACP/yellow pad cleared it right up. IMO it kinda looks like spit...to a point. Is it flaky?

It isn't flaky as in chips coming off, but it does have a slight texture.
