What is this and how do I fix it? A few ??

First I would like to thank all of you for the input you have put into these forums over the years, You have given me the tools needed to keep my car looking nice and also make me a few bucks on the side..

I have a few questions I need answered please...





Question ONE What is this? [ Is this "Spider Webbing"]

In the process of drying my car this morning after the morning due I noticed this spot on my hood, I have no idea where it came from and I have no idea how I missed it when I detailed my car Five weeks ago. { I had Significant Hail damage last year and had 3k worth of PDR work performed, [Could this be a result of the work?]



I have a PC, All Pinnacle XMT products 1,2,3,4 Polish

I also have Mequiar's hand polish and hand rubbing compound

I also have LC hand applicator pads, the bone shaped ones with Orange,White, Red pads.



Reading the sides of the Mequiar's polish, Rubbing compound labels it stats to usea MF towel.. Can I use my Hand pads with it? Stupid question I know but figured I would ask.

For the products listed above do you think I can take that out? Or do I need something else?

I kind of thought the same thing but I didn't want to make any assumptions on it. Gets people all panicky.
