What is the proper way of adding poorboy's trim restorer?

Works great on RWL (raised white lettering) as it actually cleans while protects. This is on my everyday driver up close:
 
wow, using it on a ferarri (excuse my bad italian), that must say a lot about the product. so, how do you apply the bold and bright, i mean it comes with the spray thing, but as you said, you use a "dedicated" large gray foam applicator. im pretty sure theres these brush things that are made for tires, its pretty hard to explain. if its not too much trouble, could you leave a hyperlink for me. forgive me, im young and naive.

I usually spray B&B onto my sponge and rub it on the tires. If I really want the super-glossy look, I'll go directly on the tires, spread with sponge, wipe dry (although it dries dry...I just like to make sure) and repeat after 10 minutes. Great stuff!
 
I spray the BnB on a Viking sponge applicator...the blue one with the knob for a handle.

It's a great appicator for anything as the knob helps to not drop it and you can spread the BnB without getting it on your hand. :D

It spreads the BnB very smoothly, evenly and leaves a bright matte or shiny finish, whichever you want.
 
My buddies above basically explained it. You should first clean the tire by using a degreaser, spray residue away, let dry, and then apply BnB. The foam applicator I use is same size as the Meg's ones you got, but about 4 times the height. I get them from Adam's Polishes.
 
When I apply Bold n Bright to tires, I either use a curved tire swipe or a 3" foam paint brush. Both of these methods will keep your hands clean and apply a nice even finish. Wait 15 minutes and then buff residue.

For Trim Restorer, I use 3 different methods. On larger areas, I will use a regular yellow foam applicator. On very thin pieces of trim, I use cosmetic wedge sponges which allow me to very precisely apply the product. For area with small slots (e.g. plastic louvers near windshields), a 1" foam paint brush works well for pushing the product in between the vents.

BTW, I use a small dropper bottle for dispensing Trim Restorer. It's great for limiting the flow of very thin liquids. I purchase these bottles at The Container Store - Dropper Bottles
 
hmm, i think i can get some of those dropper bottles from my chem teacher, and i think shes gonna be thrilled to give me/sell me some of her dropper bottles. anyway, for now im gonna try stick the good ole sponge, however i already have something in mind that i want to purchase. i believe its as awd330 said, a cruved tire swipe. ill be sure to update you guys on how it looks
 
I use those too. Large/sturdy foam backing, and then the applicator foam on top. I use them on non-white lettered tires.
 
I got a curved tire dressiing applicator with a off-set plastic handle from www.detailersparadise.com the other day...when I ordered the adaptor to fit my Edge 2000 pads onto the PC. I got the applilcator and tried it today. It's great! Even better than the Viking applicator I've been touting lately.
 
well, i talked to my chem teacher, and she said that she got her droppers from this chemistry catalog, and i assumed that she wasnt about to sell me some of hers... anyways, i guess that means i should try looking around. maybe wal mart would have it?
