I wanted to know what are the benefits of the top 2 polishers over the high speed polisher....reason being is that I see a lot of you guys using the polishers but the rpm's are as high or higher than a regular buffer...

Actually the site you refer to lists the specs incorrectly, the PC isn't rated at 2,500-6,000 RPM, it is 2,500-6,000 OPM (oscillations per minute):

Since the PC randomly oscillates instead of rotating it doesn’t build up near as much heat as a rotary buffer and is much safer to use on your paint. If you’re not skilled in using a rotary you can easily damage your paint.

The flip side to the above is the rotary can remove more defects and do so quicker than a PC.

I have used a rotary for about 2 years this is the machine that I first used (2400)...so my car has the burns...but I had nowhere or anyone to teach so I would just read articles and eventually learned...but it seems that everyone here is giving great reviews...if it has the same skill level as teh rotary I will be fine...I am actually trying to see what settings....it has a dial which I am not used to.....

What do you use??

The PC is pretty much idiot proof, you'd almost have to throw it against your car to damage your paint. Believe me, if you can use a rotary you'll have no problems with a PC.

I have a cheap rotary I seldom use and a PC I use all the time. There is very little difference between the popular models of the PC aside from the size of the backing plate it comes with and the counterweight:

Here are some links on using a PC:
