What is the best.....

and most easily available product to remove swirl from black and should it be used with a rotary to start or can a PC be used for the whole process from start to finish?

Thanks for any advice here. I have a black Porsche 996 coming into my shop tomorrow and I am really wanting to try a new product here for better results than I have been getting with Adam's swirl and haze remover.

There is no one single 'best' because paint hardness and swirl severity can vary so much.

I do know Optimum and Menzerna work great on Porsche's soft black paint and Patrick's suggestion of #80 would also work.

I used best for expression, how bout we say what is most commonly used for some severe swirl and car wash abuse?

Just looking for some ideas here............

FPII, 80, or glazes topped with a carnuba....trying to keep black perfect is going to be the end of you....especially a soft paint like a porsche

I have used Clean Bright Liquid Ebony in the past with great results. I know its an old product but I still have some. I dont even know if you can still find it anywhere but I am debating using it followed up with carnuba.

Any thought, or has anyone used this product before?
