be careful when you link, you have to actually go to the thread and copy the address above, if you copy from the properties it truncates the url and doesn't paste the whole thing.
While your info and researching skills are impeccable, not sure I can say the same for computer stuff . Your links don't work for me.
When you copy a link that says http://something<strong class='bbc'>...[/b]something/ you have to <strong class='bbc'>right click[/b] the link and select <strong class='bbc'>Copy Shortcut or Copy Target[/b] in order to copy the correct link.
and while your at it BUM! you can erase the search words up top so it doesn't highlight it too just hit go to see if it works after you erase anything
oh BTW there are a few reasons why suds help you
<span style='font-size: 12px;'>1) it keeps the soap on the car longer, hence making it more effective (if you wait any)
<span style='font-size: 12px;'>2) you use a total amount of soap to do the same job (saving you money)
<span style='font-size: 12px;'>3) since the cleaning action of soap is localized on a molecular level, you get more efficient cleaning locally (the ratio of soap to dirt is higher), also since the cleaning action is stacked there is all more reinforcement sites as the soap does its thing
It must be the water here in LA because Pinnacle Bodywork Shampoo has been a major disappointment. Very little suds plus the solution feels too watery, not very slippery. I tried adding more BS to the water but no improvement. Since Meguiars GC and Mother's Gold are both made here in CA, I think they have been formulated to suds up better. Both Meguiars Gold Class and Mothers Gold work much better for me. The suds and slippery feeling they give, remove dirt alot better from my car than Pinnacle. I like when my mitt gets all sudsy and applies real easy and smooth to my paint. Pinnacle just doen't do this well. I feel the same way about One Grand Wash, it seemed like water with some wax in it, not much to clean dirt off the paint though. I need suds!
My experience was exactly like Rad21's. Both OG Wash n Wax and Pinnacle were weak in the suds department and I almost felt like I was washing with just water. My favorites are the P21S and Gold Class.

Sorry DARBH. [/b]</blockquote>
Guess, just don't make FLONI our forumbrain!
Has anyone ever tried to mix shampoos? I've done it only once or twice but that was with DAWN and GC (EDIT: stripping old wax)so.. But why not mix a really lubricative shampoo with some of a really sudsy one so that you get more lubricating solution?
By the way, I tried putting a little white vinegar in my wash bucket with GC (Meguiar's Gold Class wash). It did help some with water spotting, but the suds felt different. It actually felt a little more lubricative, more slippery for some reason. Anyone do this regularly? Anything wrong with it? I just used 1/2 oz vinegar.
I use it on my rims. I've tried it on my paint but I wasn't too happy with it. The suds are a bit short-lived and I felt it was too harsh on my paint. Or maybe I mixed in a bit too much because when rinsing, the water would sheet off slowly...and this is on a Zaino'd car!
I agree with Rad21. My only Pinn. product I have been disappointed with is the shampoo. Does absolutely nothing in my Socal water.
My BF soap has the Tuff suds advertised, anxious to see if it works.
I would offer you ask if the bottle you order, should you choose to try it (almost MI not quit), has the tuff suds advertised. Both of mine do not. Might put these on Abay for some trading
When I ordered Zaino, I got the Z1, Z2, Z5, I felt that it was just optional that I get Z7, and Z6. Now I am wondering if Meguiers GC would hurt layering of Zaino or even take off older layers?
