Nov 27, 2001 #1 R riotejas New member I keep reading rave reviews about QD products, but I'm not even sure what they are for.. from my understanding it is a carnuba wax spray? Is it just a quick method of waxing the car? Also, what is the proper method of applying it?

Nov 27, 2001 #2 L Lemonxxs New member QD is short for Quick Detail. And they come in a wide variety. Some contain carnubas while others do not. GOTO the Car Care and read about QD. David shows the the hows, whys etc about QD. I apply to my MF and then wipe. Sometimes I spray the paint and then wipe using one MF to dry and one MF to buff.
