What is going on with Business Insurance!

I have been searching and searching and searching, but I can't seem to get insured anywhere for business liability insurance. I tried State Farm (sorry, we don't insure mobile auto detailing businesses), I tried Nationwide (didn't get back to me), and so on and so on. Could it be the state or city I am in? Is it this complicated to get a mobile auto detailing business insured?



I read a few threads on here a little while ago and noticed there were a few of you who were insured by State Farm, and other carriers for good rates. One rate I heard from myself checking around was $4,000 for a policy?!?! If I'm correct, I could've sworn I read here the average rate was $600-$1,000 for a policy?



Any advice & knowledge you guys have on this situation would be greatly appreciated!:up
 
find an insurance broker. They will shop many carriers to find the right one for you.

My car insurance is $4000 a year.. how much will it cost to get business insurance? I am 20 and have 1 point for a accident.

Its hard to say. I pay $1900 for my insurance for a fixed location. The best thing to do is just start making calls. Call a few companys and then you can compare what then come back with.
