For ease of use: Klasse, Poorboy's EX-P, Wolfgang. Klasse works both in light cleaning of micro-marring and light swirls (AIO) then VERY light coat of Klasse SG.
Poorboys EX-P is REALLY easy on and off. For a warmer look, use Poorboys EX (sealant AND carnuba)
Wolfgang also easy on/off. Warm look of carnuba as well.
Zaino is one of the clearest sealants, but it does take more time to apply. Most of your time will be in getting the finish perfect as Zaino will not hide much of anything except the Z5 has some light hiding ability whereas Z2 is pure sealant. It needs a very clean surface to bond to to be effective. No oils or fillers. It also needs a primer Z1 or a catalyst (ZFX) to mix up with the Z5/Z2 which I highly recommend.
Some sealants can also be "layered" to add more protection and shine. The do sometimes refer to the shine as steril or plastic looking.
Once you pick a sealant, you can top it with a carnuba wax to gain more of a deeper wet look and add a sacrificial layer by adding the wax over the sealant.
It all depends on the look you are after. For a very high shine/reflective look, then a sealant is for you. If you want a deeper wet 3D look, then a good carnuba, or a combo of both!
