What in your Detail Shops(pictures please)

Ok last pic. This is a close up of my other shelves on the other wall. I have my draws with my towels and applicators on the left. Random tools and brushes are in the middle and the right. On the lower shelves is my vac N blo and its attachments. The draws on the bottom have extra applicators and on the left is a bow with tire swipes.

Thats it! Thats my entire setup. Its always growing and changing as I get new ideas on how to organize it better and as I get new products. But, I'm pretty happy with the way it is now...It serves its purpose nicely :)

Ohh yeah, btw, a special thanks to my GF, DetailPrincess! She is the one that organized EVERYTHING that you see in those pictures. She really did it all, I just said how I want it to look. Thanks DetailPrincess!!! :bigups
 
Damn! Thats organized as hell. You have alot of room. 1 car correct? I'm thinking of doing that if I ever buy a house :D Nice setup!

Thank you! what u mean by "1 car correct?" Do you mean do I only keep 1 car in the garage?

Yes. Thats alot of room. Do you pull out your hose to your garage? Or do you leave the washing in the garage.
 
That is one neat and tidy set up Charles! And lots of neat stuff too! (I noticed the multiple Meg's Quik Detailers on the "less used shelf". Got them for their sprayers?)

damnnnnnnnnn Sopranos! thats a lot of stuff. you too civic...... god, i wish i had a gf that would organize all the detailing stuff for me. just a question, where do you guys get all of these cool looking shevles? it looks like you guys have HUGE closed off garages...... well, my garage is pretty small, and its open!!!! i need a garage makeover. i really like how you guys have those hanging down shelves. maybe ill ask my dad if he could make me a couple of those.


oh, and buffnstuf, i got 2 years till i move out............

I usually wash outside if the weather is nice, but sometimes I'll do it inside. In the winter I do everything inside with the propane heater. Yeah, its got a lot of room. Its a 4 car garage and each bay is larger than normal. We usually have 3 cars in there but today, when I took the pictures. there was just one. I just pull out on of the cars when I'm going to detail so I'll have some space to work....its never a problem :cool

Yeah its a lot. Took a long time to accumulate it all and I don't even want to think about what Ive spent over the years. The cool looking shelves come from Lowes ;) Pretty cheap too, the shelves in my garage (not the one with the products, the other one with the vac n blow...etc.) costed $55. But they were a PITA to set up!!!

No, i didn't get them for sprayers. But come to think of it, they do spray pretty well. When they run out, they'll be relabeled! :D
 
FiveOHmustang it's buffinstuf... When I ordered my Mytee LIght II it didn't evern come with a manual because it is so new, but I just good it 2 weeks ago and haven't used it much because they sent me the wrong unit. I ended up with the 8020 with is a cold unit. 8070 is the heated one. I ordered it from Detail King and when I called him pretty upset... He told me that they don't even sell the cold model... THe don't it was boxed wrong at the factory... I am now waiting for My 8070 heated Mytee II as I type. Hopefully by the end of the week.
 
keep the pictures comming this is fuc|<in' awesome some people got some real nice stuf out there. I proudly claim founder of this thread. You guys with the replies are awesome not judgmental just cool bunch of people.

There was already one here from 8/26/03 started by EBPcivicsi. I think there may have been one that was "lost" as well. Try the search function, and you'll see a few other "collections, " some by "not so active anymore" members too.
