What has been your worst experience with competition?

I've never had a problem, but then, my part time "paying hobby" detailing venture is "word of mouth" and 95% of my clientele are public safety/EMS professionals.



I like to remind people that "the bitterness of a poor quality detail job remains long after the sweetness of a low price".
