what happens when you mix final polish and S100

NY detailer:

Went out on Car Polishes Inc web site. Cost is $13 (plus S&H) per pint. Doesn't say if this is a glaze (like IHG) or cleaner or a straight polish (like #7).

What kind of polish is it?

it is a poly. i dont use the pints not worth it. They make glazes, machine glaze, polish, waxes. not sure which one you were looking at.

I can get you discounts on them so let me know. (not spamming)

Wow! That looks great! Is that a Toyota Highlander??? Whatever it is, it looks unbelieveable! :up :up :up

Do that on a white or silver car and I'll be impressed. ;) Lookin good Brian. :xyxthumbs The funny thing that I've discovered about photographing black vehicles is that the pictures always blow me away more than the original did. I mean, it looked damn good while I was taking the picture, but when I got home it looked even better. I guess when you get a chance to look at it longer you start to notice how deep the reflection really is. Gotta love black. :)

Brian, I know just what you mean about loving S100 on black:

It sure makes upselling a wax job a lot easier when you have these types of pictures in your porfollio, doesn't it Brian? ;)

I hope you are showing those pics to every single customer you have with a black car. They'll be begging you to wax their cars!

pics like those make me want to get some s100 right now....but i need to finish my meguiars stuff first, and then find out where the nearest harley shop is :o

How about gold?

Impressed? :p

Bah, the only thing that will impress Tony is his neighbor's "somewhat-white" Nissan Sentra. It's the one clad with the hideous wooden body kit that Jngy dreams setting afire. Someone better warn Gonzo about this future arsonist...

And I told j00 AlBoston, I don't have to put a smiley on every post.

Scott, you are so right. I keep the pix in a binder and show them to people. They also go for the extra step once they see cars like this. I just love when you get those colors you know are going to blow away the customer when you are done!

what i love doing is taking a before & after for the binder to show customers. I also use the before & after to mail to customers. I show them the after and saw something like, It has been 3 months from your last detail, this is what your car looked like when i was done, due to weater conditions it may look like this again, and i show the before pix. works everytime :)
