What grit sand paper should I use to do 2 small rust spots?

What would you consider aggressive paper? I'd like to get the bubbles gone even if I have to add a tiny bondo to fill in. These 2 rust spots are only around 1 inch but they are imperfections in an otherwise perfect body. :(
 
A year ago I found somebody to do my dads PDR on this board. I wonder if anyone can recommend somebody to sand these 2 one inch spots and maybe add a little bondo on the cheap in the San Antonio area? Probably better to have a pro than me doing it if the cost is right. :)
 
spree17- I don't like dropping down to 80 grit for this sort of thing so 120 or 240 would be as far as I'd go.



Getting bodyfiller to adhere (long-term) over rusted areas is tricky to say the least. Google up "POR 15" and see what kind of putty they have to offer.



But if you can find a pro, then yeah...doing what you want for this particular application should only take a few hours and even at a $50 shop hour rate that wouldn't be too bad (easy for me to spend your money though).

Thanks for all your advice. I had a little good luck regarding this situation. I took some paint leveler which removes previous touch up paint. Much of the reason these 2 areas looked so bad was the previous touch up paint doesnt match up well and there was way too much touch up paint applied including to areas that were fine. So the trouble spots now stll remain but visually they are about half the size that I thought previously.



I will try to find a recommendation on this board for an inexpensive body repair guy. I think somebody that knows what they are doing could sand these 2 areas in around 15 minutes tops. That is how small they are. :)



By the way do you have any suggestions for when the touch up paint by code doesnt match the factory paint exactly?
