hey all,

I have a white turbo z to do this week for a guy who is getting pictures taken of his car for a mag. any applications or tips for me to use to get the most pop on a white car in magazine pictures?

it's fairly new paint on the car with clear coat and one coat of wax on it right now. it has some minor swirls and is pretty dirty as it sits today. any advise would be appreciated. Thanks.

-Chad.

My detailer friend used VM followed with EX-P and the "pop" was pretty nice considering it's white. That would be my choice.

I recently used NXT on my sis's Ford Explorer Sport. I must say the results were pretty impressive for white.

What year Z car are you doing????

Based on my limited experience, my pearl white mettalic (gold flakes) looks best with Zaino. (z1/z2 followed by z6).

Sort of a hard clean look with a lot of sparkles.

(Other products that were tried: Zymol cleaner wax, NXT,

Liquid Sourveran, AOI followed by S100).

By the way, it also looks pretty good after WAUD (on top of

z2 that was applied a while back).

thanks for the replies people...I think I might go with the nxt, and maybe the Souveran on top idea.

pats300zx, it's an 88' turbo z with new paint on it: base white, 3 coats pearl clear, 3 coats clear.

makes 450+ whp, owned by an acquaintance of mine in Hanover/York area.

I used Zaino's Z2 on a pearl white Lexus topped with Natty's. The Zaino made the car look glossy and the Natty's made the car look bright. It was a nice look for pearl white.
