What Flex speed for AIO's?

What Flex speed are you guys using for AIO-type products like Prime, Moose Wax, etc? I'm not expecting to remove scratches, just mostly cleaning.

(The lower the better because I'm planning on doing this early in the morning and don't want to bother the neighbors too much.)

TIA

IMO...if you have a PC use that for AIO's, especially if noise level is a concern. Usually I use my PC on speed 4 for AIO's. Works great, it's easier to maneuver, lighter, etc...and on speed 4 you don't get that horrible screaming noise with the PC like you do on speed 6.

However, if you don't have a PC or just really want to use your Flex (which I completely understand) I would still recommend the flex on speed 4 for AIO's. Heck, I spread polish with speed 3...anything lower and I notice the Flex doesn't quite feel right. Maybe it's just me, but on speeds under 3 the flex starts sticking and grabbing more and doesn't really seem to spread or work the product evenly. Personally I just don't like using it at those lower speeds.

I know there's been many comparison charts of speeds between a PC and the Flex, most show a 1 or 2 increment difference between the two (ie if you would use the PC on speed 4 that would equal the Flex on speed 2). But I just don't know if it's that simple of a comparison. There's just something about the Flex on speeds below 3 that just doesn't jive with me. I don't know if it's the addition of the forced rotation and how that works into the feel and even science of what the machine is doing. :nixweiss

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my Flex...just not so much at the lower speeds, but heck, what do you really need those for anyways.
