Open up paint
paste
save as
change from Bitmap to JPEG
save
upload to pic hosting
post away

My dog only wears the electric collar at my parents house because they don't have a real fence. I don't like it, but I tolerate while he's there.

Not sure of where but I believe this is in the south of France from what I remember, I got it on another site from a guy that was uploading some pics...I have a few more by him, quite talented IMO
