Jan 5, 2005 #5 Xtreme Xtreme Perfection Never had any problems with this product...did not effect my deck in anyway. http://www.pasternackstruevalue.com/30150.html As far as animals i would be careful with anything like this. It works pretty fast so i would sweep it up as soon as it melts the ice.
