I see lots of King Ranch F150's in the South so there's a market alright.
That is so true. There is a segment of the market called "hicks with money." When Ford first announced the Blackwood, I immedateily thought of my friend, who was certain to buy one.
Ford's mistake with the Blackwood was the useless stainless steel bed and the tonneau cover. The new truck appears to have fixed these things.
The exterior is pretty ugly, but Lincoln's truck and SUV interiors are generally magnificent. The Navigator and Aviator are truly the best in thier class. The Lexus RX470 comes close, close, but Lincoln really is more luxurious. This one appears to maintain these same high standards.
The guy who parks next to me at work has a Blackwood. He's an accountant in his mid 20's. You never can tell!
