What do you rock out to when detailing? Everyone

Well, its that time again to see what we are listening to when we detail our cars! Since it has been awhile I wonder if anyone has changed their grooves! Here are my fav's in no particular order :punk: :band:

-Thin Lizzy
-Van Halen
-Bob Marley (if doin my own car, relaxing)
-Jack Johnson
-Guns and Roses (for really big trucks)
-Jimmy Buffet (Margaritaville for the Benzes)
-James Taylor
-Queen
-Pearl Jam

 :beer_smil Detail on!

Gotta have my mudvayne with me at all times. I listen to metal/rock most the time. hatebreed, devildriver, fear factory, soilwork, slipknot, manson to name a few.

I wear foam ear plugs when detaling to block the outside world out so I can be one with car and buffer.

George Carlin, I've got like 6 hours on the iPod and I just listen from beginning to end. When claying though all sound goes off so I can hear when the clay starts to slide so I can move on.

I usually listen to the local classic rock station, but if I stick a CD in, it's mostly Crosby, Stills, & Nash, Bad Company, Allman Brothers, and the like. That new Coldplay CD is really good, it's found its way to my radio as of late.

I also listen to ashley simpson joy! JK

Usually I will put in john mayer trio (bluesy), Stevie Ray Vaughan, Ryan Adams, Allman Brothers. I also turn on the classic rock or alternative radio.

Most of the time all I can hear is the sweet sounds of my makita @1500 rpm's

Breaking Benjaman, Slipknot, Rise Against, or Metallica. I try to keep a constant supply of rock to keep me going.

I agree with all those choices, I think that rock has taken the lead, but it motivates me to get pumped! If I had to listen to Ashlee Simpson or the Backstreet Boys or anyother MTV pre-pubescant music I could get my detail times down to an 1hr!!!!! lol

P.S. or I could just put on Dane Cook and laugh my a** off!
