What do you get for mileage city/highway

1999 Grand Am SE 3.4 V6 80,000 miles

Rated @ 20-22 city, 28-30 highway

Observed:

City: ? Never had time to test just city mileage.

Mixed: (30% city 70% highway) 27 mpg

Highway: 34 mpg

I do have intake and exhaust mods to help with economy.

I sure hope so. Right now I'm getting about 28 mpg combined. I have a little over 10,000 miles on it.

you should try synthetic oil, you will get better mileage...about 10% increase. I am using Castrol Syntec for my accord.

they have syntec 5w-20?

I have been playing around with my cars oil lately and M1 0W-20 is awsome. there is less vibration when your at a stop light. but M1 decided that they weren't going to make 0W-20 anymore :( I wish i had more so i could have some more for the winter.

How is it when you run off 0w20? I'm running 5w20 right now.

You won't notice any difference. I bought a large amount of it when Pep Boys had some buy one get one free coupons.

2004 Subaru WRX average 21 city/26hwy w/ spirited driving included in both. I can get highway upto 28mpg if I am driving to conserve fuel.

95 Civic EX - usually 350 miles out of 12 gallon tank, thats all stop and go, theres no such thing as highway driving in Los Angeles

94 Supra TT all stock - usually i get around 15 mpg seems like

1999 Mazda 626 with a 2.5 V6. 19-21 mpg in town, lower end in warm weather when the gas has ethanol added, higher end in cooler weather on 100% gasoline. 26-29 mpg freeway, depending on speed. Worse was just under 24 mpg when I was averaging 90-105 for about 2 hours.

I actually geek out and keep a spreadsheet of my mileage... I generally fill up about every 1.5 - 2 weeks. The last few tanks of MPG are below:

20.1

19.4

18.4 (must have had a heavy foot that week :D )

20.6

20.7

2005 Mercury Montego Premier AWD - 20 City, 27 to 29 Highway, to 24 Combined. That's on regular unleaded, and that for a car rated 19 city, 26 highway. The first and only car I've ever had that got better than the EPA ratings, and it's classified as a full size car. Go figure.

'99 Miata, 90k miles.

Highway cruising: 29 MPG - 32 is possible, but I'm not driving under 60 in the freeway.

Mixed, last tank: 26 MPG - Included some high speed mountain runs.

City: 24-25 MPG
