so, I'm gonna geek out of you - I keep all my records in a spreadsheet. But, I've always been adamant on keeping up with mileage. So, below is my data for my 2004 G35 Sedan with 36274 miles. (I bought this car in late May 2006). I drive mainly to/ from work, which is a combo of hwy and city. And some day I "get on it" b/c some a##hole is being an a##hole!

1973 Honda ST90 - 100+ mpg. I have used 3 gallons of gas in it, ever.

1987 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible(Auto) - 18 if I go hard in the city, 27 if I go like an 80yo on the highway. Average - 21mpg.

1991 Lincoln Town Car - 20mpg overall.

1997 Dodge Neon SOHC 5sp - 29 city, 35 highway.

All are observed values. The Vette and Honda aren't commuters. The two others are entirely city.

Nice Rides people,

Wow! Dude you could have saved Enron :D That is impressive :2thumbs:

--1996 Olds Cutlass rated 20/29 Between winter/summer I get 25-27 at 90% highway

--2003 Pontiac Bonneville also rated 20/29 Owned two months getting about 27 at 90% highway

--2000 Mountaineer rated 14/19 Actual is about 14/20

--1968 Olds Cutlass (powered by a 455)-hard to guage since it's about 50/50 city and highway, but I'd guess around 13/17.

2006 Honda Accord Coupe EX 2.4L 5 speed Automatic:

-Tech specs: 24 mpg city / 34 mpg hwy

-Real specs: 25 mpg combined driving, 32 mpg hwy

I would probably get better gas milage if I removed all my detailing products from the car. I used to rev so that it will shift at 2k rpm, and I got killer gas milage. Not enough torque for my taste so I started reving up to 2.5-3.5k rpm.

City: Depends on the alignment of Jupiter paralleling to Uranus 2nd moon if its casting a shadow on a certain region of Neptune

Highway: It has a personallity of its own, nd if im nice, it gets good mileage.

I think that you will see the gas milage goes up as the car milage goes up.

I sure hope so. Right now I'm getting about 28 mpg combined. I have a little over 10,000 miles on it.

'04 Accord 2.4l 5 speed stick, a few modifications, 22k+ miles. Mobil1 0W20 synthetic oil, Redline MTL synthetic transaxle lube, tires + 3 above Honda recommendations:

Personal best: 27.2 city A/C on - 37.9 road, speed @65 or less, A/C off.

Average city 24.3 A/C on - 32.4 road A/C on.

Average over two years with Exxon 87 octane fuel.

I was getting about 27 mpg combined city/highway (mostly highway) in my 06 Mazda MX-5. Just traded for an 06 Mazdaspeed 6 last Sunday, so I'm not sure on that one yet.

Never calculated the mpg on the Mazda 5. It's my wife's daily driver and I haven't got around to tracking the mpg.
