What do you do about dings?

I had problems with door dings before, but I knew a PDR in town that would hook me up because I would call him all the time.
Sorry about your Scion, but it's life because no matter how far you park, or how much you take care of your car... there's someone or something (road debris) that will spoil the perfection on your car.
This past 4th of July I was driving on the highway late night, and heard a thump underneath my car. I did not worry about it, but the next day I woke up and I saw a couple of deep scratches on my passenger door panel, and a few rock chips on my freakin spoiler! I was so pissed. I had someone wetsand and buff 80% out, but the damage of the rock or whatever it is was too deep. It left a small crease ding, but now I'm starting to not care anymore because it's just too much stress on keeping a nice daily driver in a TL.
I think because of what happened... I've been washing my car less

My car is less than a year old, and I have index fingernail-sized chunks taken out of the paint on my rub strips in at least three places. Yes, it makes me furious just thinking about it.
