What did you do detailing wise today?

What is that ceramic product you recieved? Was it in mystery box?

The ceramic in the picture is the wash and coat. Used it last weekend for the 1st time and liked it so I bought more. And no it wasn`t in the mystery box. Mystery boxes are what they are, but the more I use Adam`s products the more I like them. So the mystery boxes give me a chance to try something new at least

60 degrees out today in PA. Good wash and interior. You betcha. Getting that itch for that full spring detail. Soon enough...

I am in Pa. also, I did a quick rinse-less wash with UWW+ and a TW ice spray wax . I used a higher dilution ratio than called for, since 384 :1 seems very watered down. I am not sure how much lsp is on there. Tomorrow should be nice too. I plan on doing the trim with CG VRP protectant. I never used it before.

Washed the old jeep. Tell ya the new Adams CS3 is impressive. I used while drying last wash and then as a QD after. No coating on the jeep. Pre rinsing, the water was flying off the paint. Used 007 and Beadmaker prior and beading was ok at best.
Anyways, washed with P&S Pearl shampoo. Dried with CS3 and a 16x16 Chipmunk Towel. Also had a MF wholesale Buff detail 16x24 towel i went around touching up any streaks and the wheels after.
Auto Fanatic wheel cleaner to clean the wheels.

Cleaned / clayed / sealed my windows tonight

Started with just the windshield and did in in Adam`s glass sealant and cleaned it off with glass boost. Then after dinner we had some extra time so I did the rest of the equinox. Did the rest of the drivers side the same way. Adam`s sealant and cleaned off with glass boost. Then for the passenger side and rear hatch window I did them TW hybrid solutions a ceramic spray. Getting rain tomorrow so it will be interesting to see the results

Hindsight I probably should have done the windshield in the hybrid solutions, but I didn`t think of that until dinner time. Oh well

I absolutely loved it ! Reached half the roof with ease.
Will get a couple more, just for hand washing.

I used this shampoo to give a bit of protection until next weekend.

I also installed some silicone plate frames.
Protects the paint and no noise.

A wash with these great, real two sided mitts, very nice.
I think a couple more and keep them just for hand washes. No rinseless.

Getting a kick out of how well it works.
One bottle full, covers my whole Malibu.
Just turn it on, let it fill with air, keep it running while you foam away !

First deep clean of the year for the GTI. Was definitely a mess since I had to drive it daily while the truck was down.

Camry also got its first deep clean of the year. I swear I had to power wash the rear carpeted wheel-wells half and hour each!

Just got the car back from the shop for a wheel alignment. Had to after all the suspension work i did on it over the winter.

got it home and gave it a wash. The shop is on a dirt road. So it was even worse than just the dust from sitting all winter. 95% of everything just rinsed right off the paint. I know it`s not a heavy service vehicle, but the coating looked like it was just applied. I really like this the gloss shop ceramic coating. Its cost, ease of use, self cleaning, water shedding are all great.

i was ready to re coat the convertible top with 303 fabric protectant. First spray water on the top. The water was still beading fantastically. So no need to reapply for the near future. The 303 has always lasted longer for me than the Rag top. Plus i hate using aerosols. I just don`t find them user friendly.

so i am all set for a no contact, social distancing, camaro club mountain cruise tomorrow.

I tried 303 on an old Z concwrtible I had and it was great. If you want something that’s even better try the Gtechniq Fabric coat.

My car a daily driver and in the winter it see’s a lot of rain. It’s going on a year and the best I would get is 3 months in winter and fall....maybe 5-6 spring and summer. Was looking for once a year application.

Some frozen rain from January.

Rain that was sitting for 3 hours in February.

Give it a try next time you need some more protectant.

Didn`t do anything lately for the past few days here in central PA it has been extremely windy and back to a winter feel.

However, as of Monday I am temporarily furloughed so I think the fusion is going to get a full detail soon

winter is back here starting tomorrow through most of next week. Snow, wind below freezing high temperatures. So definitely going to enjoy the cruise today.

Debadged the wife’s ride. The clay barred the thing. Only have front and rear bumpers, grille, headlights and wheels. Then it’s getting compound in the worst way
