What did you do detailing wise today?

detailed two bmw for neighbors today. white 1996 and black 2007. ronkh please send ibuprofen and geritol. :blink:

Trying out the newest scent in the Meguiar`s Air Refresher line up after giving the interior a cleaning and a little pick me up.

I have used these as well(still have a couple of their original scent) and liked them, good for the price. I used mine after steam cleaning my cloth interior and the scent lasted 2-3 months . You can use them a little bit at a time by spraying a few times lightly or just use the whole thing by pressing the trigger all the way down to lock it and let it all out.

I use these quite often. I like them a lot. I still prefer the new car scent version. They are not as potent as they used to be since Meguiar`s toned them down ab it due to customer complaints. But they last a couple months.

Looks like some condensation has built up on the inside of the corner light. Might be time to reaseal the lens again.

It`s so easy to apply. If you can use a spray wax you can use this. It`s that simple. It left the surface slick. This product has no scent to it. Rupes provides a towel in the package. I did notice the towel turn yellow on the areas that were used to spread the product around. I will have to see if that goes away once I wash it. But so far I like it. The detailer is also nice. I used it on my wheels that are coated just to try it out. Again no scent on it. I liked it as well.
 

Not really totally detailing but a very important overall part IMO



  • 10,000 mile oil change
  • Tire rotation
  • Also put on my blue tint blind spot mirrors
  • Oh and a rinse-less wash. (wolfs rinse-less)

 
This happened Saturday and the truck didn`t leave the garage until this morning because it rained most of the weekend.

It was an Optimum day.

-ONR wash plus speedy prep sponge
-Opti-seal as a drying aid.
-Second coat of Opti-seal
-Opti-seal wheels
- Opti bond on tires and steps
- Vacuum and interior wipe down with opti clean
-Cleaned glass with opti clean for the first time and it worked great. Passed the morning sun test!
