What color should this truck be? Help me choose!

Will you ever have to haul anything tall in the bed? If so the one piece tonneau will be a royal pain. I would seriously suggest looking at one of the folding covers; they're much easier to deal with in that scenario. I've got a Fold-A-Cover G4 Elite on mine and I've absolutely loved it.


Also, have you considered what sort of bed liner to go with?

I looked up the G4 Elite and that looks pretty cool. Most of the Sport R/Ts that I've seen have the factory spray in liner but you can get it without as well.

Guess I'd forgotten Dodge was offering that now. I'm more of a GM truck guy and they don't have a factory spray-in option.

It looks like Deep Cherry Red is starting to run away with it.

I was looking for some good videos showing it off but they were pretty generic.

I was leaning towards the blue but of course I will want to line up a few different colors and Deep Cherry Red will be on my shortlist.

Nothing look as good as Black and a master detailer like yourself would have no problems keeping it looking good.

I have 3 Black vehicles and if a old man nearly 80 with a bad back can keep 3 looking good you should be able to handle one. :rofl

Black looks really nice. I think it looks better on the SLT with the chrome up trim.

Deep Cherry Red with chrome wheels would look just perfect, absolutely perfect. I tend to be a bit partial to the deeper reds but I just can't quite put my finger on why.
