what cell phone provider do you have?

I've had Verizon since 2005 and have been extremely pleased with the cell service. We use cell as our primary phones (no landline) and the call quality has never once failed to meet or exceed that of any landline. Rarely get service interruptions or dark areas either, and a 17% discount on my plan helps a lot also. I don't see myself switching anytime soon. There is really nothing out there from any other carrier (better network or equipment) that would be worth it for me to switch.
 
Currently with AT&T (formally with Cingular). I have only a few minor complaints, but I've been satisfied overall. Call quality dropped off after the Cingular merger, but it has improved within the last year or so. Things I like:



Rollover minutes

Combined landline/mobile phone bill

iPhone



Things I don't like:



EDGE network is SLOW!!

Customer service has either been really good, or really bad

this is one of the reasons i left them. there claim of the "fewest drop calls" is a joke, LOL...
