What can I polish down the heavy spots of Opti-Coat with

So this was my first attempt with opti-coat and all in all I think I did fairly well. I do however have a few heavy spots and my car is dark slate grey so they are fairly visible.

My questions is what can I polish down the heavy spots without removing opti-coat? I was thinking maybe a CCS black pad with Meguiars Finishing wax that came with the microfiber buffing system. It says it has very very fine abrasives?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

any finish polish and finishing pad should get rid of the high spots. the high spots look like streaks to me.

It is on black, but lighting plays a huge role in what you see. If you take your time and do a panel at a time you shouldn't have marks like that. I lightly buff the whole panel with a MF towel to avoid high spots.
