What can I do to improve my site?

I'm just looking for some constructive criticism on how I can improve my website to increase business. I check my Google Adwords and I have a great deal of traffic, but not much business. Not sure if this is just how it is, but I sure would like to gain more customers. I do know I need better pictures. In the pictures that I have showing, I am only using my cell phone. But, for now on, I will proceed to use my quality camera.

I have only seen your mobile site.

My suggestion for the mobile, is to decrease

the size of your header. Yes, it displays Tern

effectively, but that first load needs to show

something interesting, like a car pic.

This is prime real estate that your header

is taking up.
 
Just realized that social buttons are in header also, taking up valuable room. Also, your links are not too visible being Grey on black or similar.
