what before nxt

my black firebird has been in storage since november and i just went out and washed it today. th epaint has some minor swirling so my question is what cleaner, polish/swirl remover should i use before the nxt and s100?

at home i have #7 nxt and s100. i dont have a porter cable but i have a variable speed 7inch polisher. i would prefer to use stuff i could pick up around here but i may purchase some aio in the future

if you have a PepBoys near you you can get Mothers PowerPolish to remove swirls or Megs #9 which is even milder
