what are YOU paying for gas these days?

it is 2.49 a gallon here in western mass...went up a nickel over night...was 2.09 a month ago..news predicts 3.00 a gallon for regular by memorial day...



just blink and the price will change...no more penny increases..now they do .05 and .10 cent increase...

I think my last refill of 99RON was 94 UK pence a litre ($1.87/litre) thats about $7 for a US Gallon!

You do understand how market forces act on the oil industry, right? :rolleyes:



Other than state and federal gas tax and regulations, the government has little to do with the price of gas, no matter who is in office or when the election is.
 
Around $2.30 here in Houston as well. I miss my truck, but now that summer gas prices are rolling around I won't be. I get 32 mpg in my little Protege5! What's funny is so many people will be bitching and whining again with their big *** no fuel economy having vehicles. People forget so quickly how much they hated last summer, and truck/SUV sales were up quite a bit, IIRC, once the gas prices went back down during the winter months. I still believe that "summer driving season" is total ********.
 
$2.86 today at Costco Inglewood regular (87) unleaded. I have to take *my* car over for some of that $3.06 stuff later in the week.
 
$2.399 the other day. I always round up the 9/10 of a penny when I people ask me the price of gas. I typically get looked at funny...
 
Too much! $2.46 in Woster, OH. I paid $2.57 last week. And I hate when the oil companies go and say that they had record profits. Of course! They're ripping off everybody, and the CEO's are getting multi-million dollar bonuses!
 
South Carolina is one of the states with the lowest gasoline taxes in the country and ours is still running about $2.30 per gallon for 87 at Chevron, it can be had cheaper but I generally only go to Chevron, Exxon or Mobil.
 
To tell you the truth I don't even look anymore...If you were to ask me what I paid for gas this morning I would say $20.00



I pull into the gas station, choose Premium - Fill it up till it gets to $20.00 then leave....I figure why look what I am paying per gallon? I have to use gas to get around and there is nothing I can do to lower the price so I just pay what they charge. Kinda sad isn't it?
 
Most stations around Valencia are getting $3.09 to $3.12 for regular (87). Was at Sam's club saturday night & they had it for $2.87, so filled up both vehicles. Sheesh... here we go again...
