un*frickin*believable! i was at a red light today and noticed a shell gas employee changing the big price kiosk and couldn't believe that regular (87) unleaded is now over $3 a gallon (inland empire/southern california)!! almost a dollar increase within the past month, not this again...

$2.53 for premium. It will only get worse if the idiotic cold weather up north continues...and in another month, the refineries switch over to summer blends, so that usually adds to the price. I don't expect to see them drop until after Memorial Day.

They are predicting three's across the board for regular through to premium by summer!

Come on did you really think it was over? ;) Its here to stay. It may fluctuate down to the low two's every now and then for some months but $3 gas is going to be more and more a permanent thing especially for premium in the big cities :(

There are no more elections for the time being. You think they have a reason to lower gas prices right now? haha. I bet as soon as the Presidential elections start gas will drop $1 a gallon within 2 weeks time!!

I paid $2.69 for regular this morning, and it was + .15¢ a gallon for each grade above that.

Yeah its 2.69 for midgrade here but when I was driving through chicago yesterday all the gas stations on the skyway were near $3.

It went from $1.99 to $2.34 (regular) in less than three weeks where I am......and still climbing.

In Windsor, Ontario, Canada we are paying $1.02.2 a liter, which works out to $3.86 a US gallon. Looks like we are in for a bad summer.:down

In Sydney, Nova Scotia Canada it's 1.05.7 a liter, last time I checked (which was a few days ago)

edit: just went past the gas station on my lunch, 1.14.5 a liter now...... time to get out the pedal bike :hairpull
